When working with you as a seller, our goal is to help you price your home to sell in the current market at the price and in the time frame that works for you. We work with each of you to show you how we arrive at the suggested sales price and will give recommendations on how to make your home stand out so buyers can see the amazing place you are selling. Our top priorities as real estate professionals are to provide trusted customer service and guidance that goes above and beyond what anyone expects (as we have very high expectations ourselves), to keep the lines of communication open always and work together closely with you as a team.


For buyers, finding the right home is different for every person and family and we understand finding the perfect place takes time…and that is ok. Our goal is to be your buyer’s advocate – to make sure you are getting exactly what you need to feel like the place you choose can be your “home.” We sit down with you and discuss your goals, why you are moving, your timing for a move, preferred areas, home criteria, what’s important in a community, and any other preferences that matter to you in finding a home. Throughout the process, we refine your search to ensure we narrow in on your perfect place.

For sellers and buyers alike, we are also here to offer a variety of trusted service provider recommendations ranging from lenders to painters, home, carpet and window cleaners, plumbers, AC and heating services, handymen, and many others.

Home buying and selling have been a large part of our own lives due to the fact that our family has moved so many times, bought and sold numerous homes as well as own investment properties. We completely understand, not only on a professional but personal level, what it means to walk through a real estate transaction.

Finally, these personal experiences along with over 20 years experience in business (sales, digital marketing, market research, client service, application development, team leadership, and small business ownership) allow us to guide, advise, and support every client in what is typically one of the largest and most important purchases of their lifetime.
